Shipping policy

To ensure reliable and safe packing, we are recording the packing process.  

 

* We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivered to the shipping address, and cannot reimburse duty/customs fees.


* Due to take some time to be scanned into the courier's system, you may able to track your order within 2-3 days.

 

Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies.
Made to Order Items ( All Gold Jewelry ) : 5 - 10 business days 
Silver or Surgical Jewelry : 2 - 4 business days

  • United Kingdom : 21-30 business days
  • Canada : 21-40 business days
  • Germany : 21-30 business days
  • Europe : 10-30 business days
  • Others : Over 30 business days

We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and custom clearance. 

 

*FedEx will take 5-7 business days to arrive but  we are not able to guarantee the estimated date due to unpredictable situation*

When we send the shipment, we declare it as a gift to avoid any delay of custom clearance.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
